Noah Pape President

Noah is a junior studying Mathematical and Computational Science and is the President of the Blyth Fund. He spent this past summer with the Long/Short team at D.E. Shaw and will be joining Silver Lake as a Summer Analyst for the upcoming summer.

Jackie Li Vice President

Jackie is the current Vice President of the Blyth Fund. She is a junior majoring in Economics, potentially minoring in History or Computer Science. She spent this past summer interning in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, where she will be returning next summer. She grew up in London but acknowledges that New York is also a rather exciting city.

Ethan Le Chief Financial Officer

Ethan is a junior studying Management Science & Engineering and is the Chief Financial Officer of the Blyth Fund. He spent this past summer with Vista Point Advisors focusing on software and internet M&A and will be joining Centerview Partners’ tech group as a Summer Analyst next year. Some of his other interests include playing basketball and studying film cinematography.

 

Portfolio Managers

Katherine Du Portfolio Manager

Katherine, a sophomore studying economics and computer science, is the Co-Lead of Women in Blyth and a Portfolio Manager for the Fund. She worked at BlackRock this past summer and will be joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst. Prior to Stanford, she took a gap year and worked at a consultancy now part of Accenture; Meredith Corporation; the New York State Office of the Attorney General; and Columbia University Medical Center.

Kyle Duchynski Portfolio Manager

Kyle is a sophomore studying Economics and International Relations and is a Portfolio manager with the Blyth Fund. He spent this past summer as a Legislative Fellow with Congresswoman Colleen Hanabusa. He loves spending time outdoors and once completed a 4-day survival challenge in Death Valley with only water and a sleeping bag.

Matt Galloway Portfolio Manager

Matt is a junior at Stanford University studying Economics and Public Policy. He spent the past summer working at Crane Street Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower middle market buyouts in asset-light services industries. He will be joining FFL Partners for summer 2019.

 

Daniel Huang Portfolio Manager

Daniel is a junior studying Economics and serves as a Portfolio Manager of the Blyth Fund. He spent this past summer working on European Union economic policy at Bruegel, and has interests in economics, tech, and data science. Despite Stanford being a bike-centric campus, he has cycled more miles abroad than at college.

Jonathan Seymour Senior Portfolio Manager

Jonathan is a junior pursuing a double major in Management Science & Engineering and Mathematics and is a Portfolio Manager for the Blyth Fund. This past summer he was a Summer Associate in Los Angeles with The Boston Consulting Group, and he will be joining Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in New York City next summer. A native Angeleno with family throughout New England, he just might be the only dual Lakers/Celtics fan ever.

Nico Stainfeld  Senior Portfolio Manager  Nico is a junior studying Management Science & Engineering and is a Senior Portfolio Manager with the Blyth Fund. He spent this past summer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch with the M&A team and will be returning this coming summer. He is originally from Uruguay and enjoys soccer and history.

Nico is a junior studying Management Science & Engineering and is a Senior Portfolio Manager with the Blyth Fund. He spent this past summer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch with the M&A team and will be returning this coming summer. He is originally from Uruguay and enjoys soccer and history.

 
 

Carina Zhang Portfolio Manager

Carina is a junior studying Mathematical and Computational Science and is a portfolio manager of the Blyth Fund. She spent this past summer with Allume as a data science intern. When she has free time, she runs and reads for leisure.

Eva Zhang Portfolio Manager

Eva is a sophomore pursuing Computer Science and Mathematics, and is currently a Porfolio Manager on the Blyth Fund team. She spent this summer researching on campus and interning as a Software Engineer at a startup in Palo Alto. In her free time, she tries to decide between starting her day with coffee from Coupa or Coho, in addition to admiring the California climate when she goes on runs and explores the Bay area with friends.
